SOYUZ DB creates modular units of small and medium productivity, which have no analogues in Russia and around the world. IN 2014 THE OIL AND GAS CONDENSATE PRODUCTION IN RUSSIA REACHED 526.8 MILLION TONS. BUT THE CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED IN OUR COUNTRY MAKE ONLY EXPORT OF RAW MATERIAL FROM THE COUNTRY BENEFICIAL, BUT REFINING. THE LACK OF INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES OF HEAVY OIL PRODUCTS AND NATURAL GAS REFINING DETERMINES IMPORT PRICES FOR HIGH-OCTANE FUEL.

OIL REFINING PROBLEM IN THE USSR AND RUSSIA

THE 1970-TH
IN 1970-ES, THE USSR CARRIED OUT RESEARCH ON ADVANCING STRAIGHT-RUN HYDROCARBONS. ONE OF THE SUGGESTED TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS WAS TO CREATE CATALYZERS FOR THE PRIMARY RAW MATERIALS AND OIL FRACTIONS REFINING.
HOWEVER, THE FIRST CATALYZERS’ CONSTRUCTIONS WERE VERY LARGE AND CONTAINED EXPENSIVE METALS, WHILE THE FINAL PRODUCTS DID NOT MEET THE QUALITY STANDARDS.
THE 2000-TH
IN 2000-TH, RUSSIA STARTED TO DEVELOP ZEOLITE-CONTAINING CATALYZERS.
AS A RESULT, THE COMPANIES MANAGED TO RECEIVE 76 AND 93 OCTANE NUMBERS GASOLINE. SUCH A RESULT BECAME POSSIBLE DUE TO ORGANIZING A DEFINITE SEQUENCE OF ZEOLITES IN THE TANK WITH THE CATALYZER.
THE 2010-TH
SINCE 2010 SOYUZ DB HAS BEEN DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE SMALL MODULES OF OIL DOWNSTREAM REFINING AND RE-REFINING, WORKING IN THE ATMOSPHERIC ENVIRONMENT. THE INNOVATE EXPERIENCE OF THE USA, CHINA AND JAPAN IS USED IN DEVELOPMENT OF OUR DEVICES.
AS A RESULT, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY TO IMPLEMENT COMPREHENSIVE INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES VIA SMALL MODULAR UNITS, WHICH EARLIER WERE POSSIBLE ONLY AT THE STATE ENTERPRISES AND LARGE REFINERIES.
