KIT-2 NON-HYDROCARBON REFORMING CATALYST OF ISOMERIZATION OF LIGHT HYDROCARBONS

Distillate of low-octane gasoline under the influence of the catalyst starts to undergo isomerization, cyclization and aromatization processes, resulting in a high-octane gasoline and propane-butane gas mixture.

ADVANTAGES OF THE KIT-2 CATALYST


The catalyst has improved aromatization characteristics and is specially adapted for the cycloalkyl group of straight run gasoline.

The yield is the maximum amount of gasoline and the minimum amount of propane-butane gas mixture.

Having easy operating conditions and relatively low cost, the catalyst ensures the output of the product with an ON of 80-92 points.

APPLICATION IN MANUFACTURE

LOADING OF THE CATALYST TO THE REACTOR

1. Sieve the catalyst before loading.
2. Pour it into the reactor slowly to ensure uniform radial passage of raw materials.
3. A layer of ceramic rings is filled on top and bottom of the catalyst.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Non-hydrocarbon catalyst converts the distillate of low-quality gasoline and raises the octane number to more than 86 (ron).

OPERATING CONDITIONS

  • Reaction temperature 320-420 GHz
  • The reaction rate is 0.25-0.32
  • The temperature of coke regeneration is not more than 500 C.

KDT-1 NON-HYDROCARBON DEPRESSOR CATALYST REDUCING THE DIESEL FUEL FREEZING POINT

A new catalyst for lowering the freezing point is designed based on a high-silicone molecular sieve.

KDT-1 is suitable for distillates of 270-420 Hz.

The catalyst causes oils and heavy diesel to undergo cracking with the preservation of polymethylene, branched and aromatic hydrocarbons, thereby achieving a reduction in the point of freezing of the distillate.

KDT-1 CATALYST ADVANTAGES


The catalyst is used without hydrogen, which reduces the amount of pre-carbon deposits and extends the life of the catalyst.

Its features include high activity, high thermal stability, good selectivity of cracking of normal paraffins and the ability to significantly reduce the freezing point of the diesel fuel (more than by 40 °C).

The catalyst is suitable for non-hydrogen plants of small and medium capacity.

REGENERATION OF CATALYST

Various deposits (coke, sulfur, etc.) stain to the catalyst during the process of its operation. As a result, it loses its activity.

You can extend the life of the catalyst up to 1 year through the regeneration process, which is carried out using a special device - a regeneration furnace.

In order to regenerate the catalyst, it should be removed from the installation, loaded into a regeneration furnace and, after purification from the deposits, loaded back into the reactor.

Depending on the raw materials used, the catalyst should be regenerated 2-3 times per month (about 10 times during the service life).
