MINIMUM ENERGY CONSUMPTION
Process efficiency: MOST-4: 80 m3/day = 100 KW/h.MOST--6: 120 m3/day = 160 KW/h. As for the energy consumption the refining of 1 ton of raw material will cost 100 rubles.

HIGH CAPACITY
Hawing small dimensions, the MOST units are characterized by their large efficiency (up to 120 м3/day) aand accurate fractionation. The height of the fractional columns of the same capacity reaches 20 m at the classic refineries.

Octane number reaches 5 to 8 items higher, than during the atmospheric distillation.

RAW MATERIAL SUPPLY
THE RAW MATERIAL IS SUPPLIED FROM THE CONTAINER TO THE REBOILER WITH THE PUMP.
HEATING
PASSING THROUGH THE REBOILERS, THE PREHEATED RAW MATERIALS ARE FED FROM THE TANK TO THE INJECTION INDUCTION HEATER, WHERE IT IS HEATED TO A TEMPERATURE OF 160-180 °C
SEPARATION
RAW MATERIAL UNDER PRESSURE PASSES THROUGH NOZZLES, FORMING VORTEX FLOWS WHICH ARE FRACTIONED FOR THE ACCOUNT OF DIFFERENCES IN MASS AND SPEED OF MOVEMENT OF MOLECULES.
