Any information transmitted by the Parties to each other using the resources of the web-site shall be considered confidential.

The user shall give a permission to the web-site administration to collect, process and store his/her personal data, as well as to send text and graphic advertisements.

The Parties undertake to comply with this agreement regulating legal relations regarding the establishment, modification and termination of the confidentiality regime with respect to the personal information of the Parties and not to disclose confidential information to the third parties.

The web-site administration will collect two types of information about the user: - Personal information that the User has deliberately disclosed to the web-site administration in order to use the resources of the web-site; - technical information automatically collected by the software of the web-site during the visit of the page. During a visit the Support Service automatically receives information from the standard server logs. This includes the IP address of the user's computer (or the proxy server used to access the Internet), the name of the ISP, the domain name, the type of browser and operating system, information about the other web-site from which the user went to the web-site, the pages the User visits, the date and time of these visits, the files that the User downloads. This information is being analyzed by the software in an aggregated (depersonalized) form for the analysis of the web-site's traffic, and is used in developing proposals for its improvement and development. The connection between the IP address and personal information of the User is never disclosed to the third parties, except where required by the law of the country of which the User is a resident.

The web-site Administration takes protection of the User's personal data very seriously and never provides the User's personal information to anyone, except in cases when the authorized state body directly requires it (for example, upon a court’s written inquiry). All personal information of the User is used for communication with him, for carrying out a transaction concluded between the web-site Users using the resources of the web-site, for analyzing the web-site traffic, for developing proposals for its improvement and development; the data may be disclosed to other third parties only with the User’s permission.

The web-site Administration protects the User's personal data by applying common security methods to protect information from loss, distortion and unauthorized distribution. Data security is provided through software network protection tools, access control procedures, cryptographic information protection tools and compliance with the privacy policy.

The web-site uses a technology of user identification based on the use of Cookie files. Cookies are small files saved by the web browser on the User's computer. Cookies may be recorded on the computer used by the User to access the web-site, which will be used later for automatic authorization, as well as for collecting statistical data, in particular for tracking the web-site traffic. The web-site Administration does not keep personal data or passwords in Cookies. The User has the right to prohibit Cookies saving on the computer used to access the web-site, having appropriately configured the browser. But the User shall keep in mind that some services using this technology may become unavailable.
